David joined WOOD&Co. in 2001. He has 16 years' experience in corporate finance and capital markets advisory. He specialises in debt and equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPOs, listings, share buybacks and takeover, bids, and M&A selected transactions: VLP, RWE Grid holding, HOB CerTec, Sanofi, NWR, WARIMPEX, Zentiva, ORCO, ČEZ, SMVaK, TV Prima and Telefonica.
Miloš joined WOOD&Co. in 2008. He has 10 years' experience in investment banking, energy, utilities, telecommunications, engineering and the food industry. Clients and transactions he has been involved with include: Macquarie, Towercom, RWE Grid Holding, MasokombinátPlzeň, FVE Czech Novum Financing and Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction.
Peter joined WOOD & Co. in 2006. He has 14 years' experience in investment banking and financial services, most recently with a focus on real estate, bond issues and private placements. Peter’s experience also includes financial services, engineering industries and construction, online, energy and waste management. Ondřej joined WOOD&Co. in 2008. He has over 9 years' experience in investment banking, financial services, media, food & beverage, transportation, healthcare, real estate and engineering. He has worked with VLP, Fincentrum, HOB CerTec, GIP, Škoda Power, Warimpex and Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction, among others.
Barbora joined WOOD&Co. in 2012 as a member of investment banking team. Her experience is in in telecommunications, media, energy, utilities and real estate. Over the years, she has been involved in deal origination, financial modelling, valuations, due diligence coordination, buy-side/sell-side advisory mandates, bond emissions and private placements.
Oliver joined WOOD&Co. in 2013 as a member of the investment banking team, with experience in technology, engineering, real estate and education. He has been involved in deal origination, financial modelling, valuations, due diligence coordination, and buy-side/sell-side advisory mandates in general.
Zina has been a member of WOOD&Co.’s investment banking team since 2016, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the technology, entertainment, energy, utilities and real estate sectors. Zina is involved in deal origination, financial modelling and valuations, and financial advisory services. Prior to WOOD&Co., she worked for PwC Audit and PPF Banka.
A member of WOOD & Co.’s investment banking team since 2019. Previously, Robin worked for PwC Transaction Advisory and Roland Berger, and has experience in manufacturing, real estate and retail. Robin has been involved in valuations, financial modelling, strategy and financing advisory.
A member of WOOD & Co.’s investment banking team since 2020. Before joining WOOD & Co., she worked for EY Transaction Advisory Services, and for a technological AI start-up in Zürich. Anna has experience in sell-side transactions in the TMT, retail and manufacturing sectors.
Jarosław has over 20 years of experience in investment banking in Poland and EMEA. A veteran of UniCredit CAIB, and ING, he has been engaged in >50 deals in ECM, M&A and DCM, many of which were landmark transactions involving CEE blue chips and quality high-growth mid-caps.
Przemek joined WOOD&Co. Warsaw team in 2010, bringing his 5+ years past experience in M&A and ECM from inter alia UniCredit/CAIB.
Bartek is an investment banking professional with more than four years of experience and joined WOOD&Co. straight after graduating from Warsaw School of Economis in 2011. He is involved in origination and execution of various ECM and M&A transactions in the CEE region. He worked on 10+ ECM deals, including Initial Public Offerings, Secondary Public Offerings and Accelerated Bookbuilds, both sell-downs and capital increases, and a number of M&A projects. His prior experience includes work in business consulting and the energy sector in Poland. Bartek has completed CFA Program and holds a stockbroker license granted by the Polish FSA.
Wojciech joined WOOD&Co. in 2015 after nearly two years at DF Capital & Management, an M&A boutique. Wojciech graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics recently, and became a Licensed Investment Advisor (licence number: 573). He is fluent in English and Russian. Wojciech also possesses a Securities Broker title. At WOOD, he is responsible mainly for the origination and execution of various ECM and M&A transactions in the CEE region.
Nick has over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking in London. He was previously Head of Emerging Markets Equity Capital Markets for Citigroup, Schroders and UniCredit CA IB. During his time in each of these positions, he helped to build the companies into leading CEE ECM franchises.
Nick played an integral role in pioneering transactions in the development of the Emerging European equity capital markets, and is an expert in the structuring of regional equity deals. He has been directly responsible for originating, executing and supervising 100+ ECM deals worth USD 20bn+, running the gamut from mid-cap to blue chip.
Before joining WOOD, Nick spent the prior five years acting as a Managing Partner and shareholder of Q-Advisers (a merchant banking boutique focused on Germany, Austria and Emerging Europe). His clients have included Cyfrowy Polsat, AmRest, LC Corp and Cinema City (all as bookrunner), as well as Mondi, EVM REI, Ethemba Capital, Multimedia, Dom Development, GTC, Bioton, TVN, Borsodchem, CosmOTE, Gedeon Richter, OTP Bank, Bank Handlowy, NRW and Petropavlovsk. Nick has also worked as an independent corporate finance advisor for DO&CO, TomTom and an Austrian power engineering company, as well as for Gedeon Richter.
Tolga joined Wood & Co in 2018. Prior to that he worked for Ermgassen & Co, Deutsche Bank and UBS in London.
He has been responsible for originating and executing M&A and ECM projects in Turkey for clients including various multinationals, local and international private equity investors as well as local holding companies and government organisations.
Julia has over 20 years of investment banking experience gained at UniCredit Bank, ING Bank and Ladenburg Thalmann International. As a generalist corporate financier, Julia was involved in multiple ECM, M&A and valuation projects across the CEE including Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Romania and Turkey. Julia has lead IPOs of the companies from Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan on US, London and European stock exchanges and was involved in large scale privatization projects in Ukraine and Romania.
Sergey joined Wood & Co in 2019. He has over 25 years of experience in finance and investment banking, having worked for ABN Amro, Goldman Sachs and UniCredit in a variety of execution and managerial roles.
Lubo has been with the company since 1996 during which time built WOOD&Co.'s Slovak office into a recognised high-quality provider of financial advisory services related to complex financial products, such as PPPs. In addition to overseeing the firm's Slovak operations, he is also responsible for WOOD&Co.'s Merchant Banking and Private Equity activities, focusing on deal origination, strategic acquisitions and execution.
Michal joined WOOD&Co. in 2003. He has extensive experience in M&A, privatisations, acquisition financing, public private partnerships, option scheme remuneration programmes and trustee structure executions.
Boris joined WOOD&Co. in February 2010. His primary responsibilities include corporate finance and M&A advisory and hands-on, as well as start-to-finish responsibility for private equity transactions and project finance deals. He is also the portfolio manager for a private equity fund focused on a Slovak SME managed by WOOD&Co.
Martin joined WOOD&Co. Bratislava in 2004 and has been working on transactions in both the Slovak and Czech markets. He has been actively involved in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as advisory mandates in the energy, utilities, healthcare, telecoms, ICT, real estate and the general manufacturing industries.
Radovan joined WOOD&Co.‘s investment banking team in August 2012 and has recently consulted on projects in the road infrastructure, energy and utilities industries. He also has experience with M&A in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry, and has cooperated on private equity projects in the road and railway infrastructure technology and FMCG sectors; the environmental processing of plastic waste, bicycle parts production and innovation; and triple-play services business.
Jozef joined WOOD&Co. in July 2012 and has participated in several M&A transactions, as well as investment analysis. He analyses companies, undertaking financial modelling, valuations and investment proposals for several small and medium-sized companies for the SRKF fund.
Lukáš has worked for WOOD&Co. Bratislava since 2012, undertaking various assignments in the energy, utilities and technology sectors. He was involved in the advisory mandate during the acquisition of E.ON’s and GDF’s shares in SPP (a Slovak gas utility) by EPH. In addition, he has participated in two transactions in the nuclear industry and several transactions in the energy sector, as well as private equity investments carried out by WOOD&Co. on behalf of the SRKF (Slovak Growth Capital Fund).
Miroslav joined WOOD&Co. in September 2013. He is currently participating in advisory projects in the energy sector and the security industry. He is also cooperating on a private equity deal in the medical equipment industry.
Matej has over four years of experience in advisory and finance in Slovakia and Luxembourg. Prior to joining WOOD&Co. at the beginning of 2016, he held consulting and investment risk roles at KPMG, Enel/SE and Alliance Bernstein. He is now engaged in CEE infrastructure and energy transactions.

Bogdan joined WOOD & Co. in 2014 as the head of our newly-established Romania branch. He brings over 20 years’ capital markets experience, gained at Global Securities Romania and Raiffeisen Capital & Investment, where he was Head of Research and Head of Equity Markets. Bogdan’s experience includes listings, private placements, secondary public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, among other things. He was involved in virtually all the major deals on the Romanian capital market. Bogdan is also a member of the Indices Committee at the Bucharest Stock Exchange
Doris joined WOOD&Co. in 2018 after almost 12 years in Investment Banking at Raiffeisen, where she was involved in many landmark ECM and DCM transactions on the Romanian capital market, mainly in the oil & gas, telecoms and consumer sectors. She has also been involved in reference M&A projects in various sectors, such as renewable energy, construction materials, speciality chemicals, agricultural production, dairy products manufacturing and distribution, and financial services.
Martin (re)joined WOOD&Co. in February 2017. After leaving WOOD&Co.’s Investment Banking team in late-2008, Martin worked at Czech Export Bank (lastly as Director of Structured Finance), where he was responsible primarily for complex large-scale export and project finance transactions, especially in Turkey, the Balkan region, and the Russian Federation. Following this, Martin joined Sberbank CZ as Senior Banker – Team Leader for Top Corporations.

These are usually issued in the form of a warrant, which is listed on a western stock exchange and quoted on a daily basis (prices available on Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.). WOOD & Company acts as a market maker in all of the warrants issued.
Access products can be tailor-made if certain volume requirements are met and are ideal instruments for exposure to the least developed frontier markets, such as Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus.
